All Digital Product Sales Are Final

All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. For assistance or questions, contact us through PLR Products Support, and we will respond within 48 hours.

Why Digital Product Sales Are Final

PLRProductsForSale.com sells downloadable digital products such as private label rights content, Canva templates, eBooks, articles, prompt packs, courses, worksheets, plugins, themes, and other digital resources.

Digital products can normally be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase. Because a digital file cannot be physically returned after access or delivery, purchases are non-refundable and all sales are final.

Completing a purchase means you acknowledge and agree to this final-sale policy.

We encourage every customer to review the product page carefully before completing an order. Product descriptions may explain the contents, format, software requirements, license terms, intended use, and other important information.

Before purchasing, please confirm that:

Order, Access, or Download Problems

Accidental Duplicate Orders

We will review the transaction records and determine whether a true duplicate payment occurred. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund, but verified duplicate charges will be handled appropriately.

Product Expectations and Change-of-Mind Purchases

Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are not provided because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, decides not to use it, lacks compatible software, or expected features that were not stated on the product page.

If you have a question about what was included, how to access the files, or the license supplied with a product, our support team will review your question and provide reasonable assistance.

Private Label Rights and License Responsibility

PLR and other digital products may include different licenses. Customers are responsible for reading the license supplied with each product before editing, publishing, giving away, transferring, or reselling the content.

A misunderstanding about a clearly stated license or a customer's intended use does not make a purchase refundable. Contact support before purchasing when you need clarification about the permitted uses of a product.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact PLR Products Support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Many order, download, and access problems can be resolved quickly when we are given the opportunity to review the transaction.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid digital purchase without first seeking assistance may delay resolution and may affect access to the purchased products or customer account while the payment dispute is investigated.
